The Celebrate Campaign is our largest annual fundraising campaign. Every donation supports the mission of Easter Seals Goodwill Industries: to enhance employment, educational, social and recreational opportunities for people with disabilities and other challenges.

Chris’ Story:
Chris Przybylowski has been with Easter Seals Goodwill Industries since 2008. Chris started off as a volunteer at our New Haven location. He assisted our receptionist with clerical work and provided customer service to callers.
Chris was soon offered a position at the Orange Goodwill store for one day a week. He worked on pricing wares and clothing, pairing shoes, sorting goods and other tasks as needed. Chris enjoyed this so much that he made a smooth transition into our Community Employment Services Program upon his graduation from West Haven High School in 2010.
Chris has learned many skills and has taken on different roles during the past 7 years at Easter Seals Goodwill Industries. He has become a vital member of our E-books crew where he participates in data entry of ISBN numbers, scanning and sorting books. When not at E-books, Chris is a substitute tagger at various Goodwill stores and stocks magazines for Hudson Distributers. Chris’ flexibility shines as he is able to conquer any task.
Recently, Chris has taken on the role of recording the minutes at our quarterly Self Advocacy Group meetings. He is also a member of our color guard and can be heard at our annual meetings leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
When not at work, Chris takes Karate and is working towards achieving his 3rd black belt. He has been a Third Degree member of the Knights of Columbus for the past three years. We look forward to see what the future holds for Mr. Przybylowski!
